• We have made some changes to YGP’s current product options. This is quite a crucial change to the business and its important to us that the changes we are making are clearly understood. We will be launching non-renewable products back into the market. For clarity, this is in response to the recent price changes in the market for renewable products, and that offering cost effective tariffs is still a key focus of YGP. These products will be a new option and will be side by side with YGP’s current renewable products which will remain in place.
• Your portals will be automatically updated so that if you have access to specific products there will be a non-renewable and renewable version for that now showing.

For example:

• Premium HR will now show as both premium HR and Premium HR renewable.
• Premium HR book will now be the non-renewable product whilst premium HR renewable will be our renewable option.
• As noted above, we will continue to provide both options which only strengthens YGP’s offering to businesses.
• It is important that before processing deals, you double check whether a product matches the correct rates.
• The key thing to remember, is that if you want a renewable product, you must select the product with ‘renewable’ at the end of the name.
• Fully Fixed Price for the Duration of the contact.
• The portal works in a slightly different way as we don’t show the new product name, instead it’s a selection of a tick box called “Renewable”. That will then change to renewable prices.
