• Sites that are already supplied by British Gas Business, but not in contract (i.e. sites where customer is on deemed rates, out of contract rates, 28 day rolling tariff and variable price plans). Upgrades should also be used when you want to notify us of a change of tenancy/ownership and submit a quote on the same record.

• Standard Power- The cost of DUoS, FiT, RO, TNUoS, BSUoS, CfD and CM is included in the price but may be subject to pass-through if costs increase more than what has been included. In addition, any new industry charges/changes are not included in our offers and will be charged on a pass-through basis. All pass-through charges will be charged at the prevailing market rate

• LOA's - If an LOA is not electronically signed a short call will be made to the customer to verify. A contract cannot be locked in without verification
