How to Generate Quotes?

This short video takes you through the steps to follow to generate comparative quotes.

 

 

Key Points to Remember:

1.  The current contract end date and current supplier name must be added to the system before generating quotes as this sets the benchmark for comparisons.

2. You can filter the quotes before sharing them with your customers.

3. You should always use the CAPILITE system to generate  contracts for your customers.

4. The unit rate uplift is already pre-set in the system and you can manually change it when generating  quotes.
