How to add a Company?

Key Points to remember:

1. A company needs to be setup before adding any meter information.

2. A company can have multiple sites set up for it.

3. A company search can be performed using :

a. Name

b. Name and Postcode

c. Company Number

4. You can have as may contacts within a company, but one of them must be marked as a Primary Contact, within the Contact Details section.

5. A company cannot be deleted from the system. If a company is set up in error or you no longer need one, then just remove all the sites listed under it.
