Sales type to select in the portal :

Acquisition:

  • New Site to BGB including sites transferring from British Gas Residential and BGL

Renewal:

  • Sites that are already supplied by BGB and are within the renewal window

Upgrade

  • Sites that are already supplied by British Gas Business, but not in contract (i.e. sites where customer is on deemed rates, out of contract rates, 28 day rolling tariff and variable price plans).
  • Upgrades should also be used when you want to notify us of a change of tenancy/ownership and submit a quote on the same record.
