IT Administrator

Role Overview

At POWWR, we're transforming the way the energy industry operates. Supporting over 45 energy suppliers and more than 1,400 brokers, our technology helps create a more transparent, connected, and efficient energy marketplace.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an IT Administrator to join our collaborative and ambitious team based in Manchester. The role will be hybrid with travel to our Manchester office required. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and working with modern cloud technologies in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Working closely with our IT Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our colleagues have the technology, systems, and support they need to succeed. From managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune environments to supporting business-critical applications and delivering excellent user support, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day IT operations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and passionate about technology. Whether you're troubleshooting an issue, helping onboard a new employee, or improving internal processes, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while continuing to develop your skills and grow your career.

If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same, where you'll work with modern technologies, and where you'll be supported to learn and progress, we'd love to hear from you.
