POWWR is continuing to expand our US operations and now have an exciting role for a Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will manage all aspects of product development within our growing Broker360 portfolio.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will maintain end-to-end ownership that will drive the vision for our Broker360 products across the US and UK market. Focusing on product development activity within our cross-functional Fusion Team you will work in partnership with sales, success, design, and engineering to deliver market-leading products that our customers love from ideation through to in-life product management

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, prioritization, user stories, and documentation of new product ideas. By maintaining excellent customer and market knowledge, you will be able to successfully build and iterate on our products.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our Broker360 products
• Internalize and represent the customers’ voice throughout the product lifecycle
• Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform the success of each release and plan iterations accordingly
• Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study
• 3+ years’ experience in product management
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and AirFocus
