Background to Requirement

POWWR is at an incredibly exciting time in its evolution and although the company is small, we are incredibly ambitious.   The continued growth and appetite to add value means the business is seeking to add to the existing US based marketing team by appointing a UK based Marketing Manager to handle geographically specific content and campaigns.

 

Summary of Requirements

Reporting into the Head of Marketing in the US,  this role will work closely with our marketing team to assist with marketing strategies for all products – bringing the POWWR products to life through inspiring content.

The role will be responsible for managing the process of curating content for digital marketing and use creative and fresh digital marketing methods to reach the documented marketing campaign targets.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling marketing strategies for new and existing products, in line with agreed product positioning, USPs, and target verticals/ customer groups.
  • Assist in launching new products and releases and develop campaigns to generate leads & projects.
  • Translate market research & competitive analyses into convincing presentations to help our teams succeed including revised product demo and training material.
  • Create core marketing assets (online and offline): presentations, brochures, web content, customer videos, reference cases, testimonials, blogs, e-books etc.
  • Collaborate with sales and partners and organize international fairs and events.
  • Identify ways to further enhance POWWR internal processes through more efficient content provision e.g. by considering improved on-boarding/induction, staff training.
  • Documenting the products to ensure all content is translated with commercial ease.
  • Gathering feedback from digital marketing channels to analyse the information needs of the user and translate these back to the wider marketing team.
  • Prepare the technical manuals and project hand‐over documentation to the Commercial team and working alongside where necessary to fully support customer success.
  • Undertaking and providing insightful quantitative and qualitive analysis on product trends within the market.
  • Articulate complex technical data into clear marketing information
  • Provide an open and approachable content service offering to all stakeholders including the Commercial and Customer Success teams.
  • Effective communication and transparency with the rest of team, wider stakeholders and external organisations

Skills & Experiences

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years marketing experience coupled with exceptional planning skills and determination to generate new sales leads and concepts.

 

Location and package 

This role will be based is UK based with a preference for a North West location.  Remote working is in place with occasional travel to the Manchester office or other locations as required.
