Background to Requirement

POWWR is at an incredibly exciting time in its evolution and although the company is small, we are incredibly ambitious.   The continued growth and appetite to add value means the business is seeking to grow its Broker360 Sales team to continually meet and exceed our sales targets.

This is a sales-led and targeted role that collaborates with the wider Commercial team, as well as marketing, success and product.  We anticipate this new position will have a direct and positive impact company revenues, creating an opportunity to grow this position significantly.


Summary of Requirements

Reporting into the SVP Broker360 Sales, the key responsibility of the role is to develop and manage the newly established broker account channel, liaise with brokers and introduce the broker software product to the market.

The role will involve a combination of new business, account exploitation, generating leads and pitching prospective customers.

Representing POWWR as the face of the company, the role will involve the full sales cycle all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with new brokers, converting leads into sales.
  • Attend meetings and explain the benefits of the software.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to promote lead generation.
  • Have the ability to demo software and demonstrate the value of the software.
  • Work with Finance to ensure payment timelines are adhered to.
  • Ensure sales are delivered aligned to the agreed quota.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to support the customer journey
  • Undertake customer meetings onsite where required.
  • Work to and achieve and agreed quota, growing the business and promoting all POWWR services.
  • Liaise and feedback to the Marketing team, providing guidance and feedback on the quality of lead generation.
  • Maintain relationships with the broker portfolio, communicating directly with brokers.
  • Build successful relationships including through referrals
  • Broker management – monitoring sales and query activities

Skills & Experiences

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience coupled with exceptional customer management skills and determination to hit key performance metrics.


Location and package 

This role will be based is US based with a preference for an East Coast location.  Remote working is in place with occasional travel to the Connecticut office or other locations as required.

The package will consist of competitive base salary, 15 PTO, a generous sales incentive plan, 100% health and dental coverage.
